15.2 Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for any referral-based discount:

The referred business (“Referee”) must be a new client not previously in contact with APLeads.

The Referee must spend a minimum of £500 (inclusive of VAT, if applicable) on qualifying APLeads services.

The Referrer must have an active client account in good standing with no outstanding invoices or disputes.

Only one discount can be claimed per successful referral unless otherwise stated in writing.

15.3 Reward Format & Limitations

Under no circumstance will APLeads offer or issue cash, bank transfers, or monetary equivalents as part of this referral scheme.

Rewards are issued solely in the form of credit or discounts that apply to future invoices for APLeads services.

Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or applicable to third-party purchases or external platforms.

All reward discounts must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance or will be forfeited.

15.4 Fraud Prevention & Fair Use

APLeads reserves the right to:

Reject or revoke any referral rewards if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation, self-referral, fictitious identities, or misuse of the scheme.
