Terms of Service

APLeads provides lead capture and automation systems for UK trades businesses. These Terms of Service apply to all customers and website visitors.

SECTION 1

Who We Are

APLeads is operated by Alix Pardoe, a sole trader business registered in England.

SECTION 2

What We Provide

APLeads offers three service tiers for UK trades businesses:

  1. DIY Blueprint (£300) — Template pack and step-by-step build guide; self-implementation into your own GHL account.
  2. Guided Install (£1,000) — Four collaborative setup sessions in your GHL account over 30 days.
  3. DFY Managed (£2,000 setup + £200/month) — Full system build and ongoing management as a managed service.

All services use Go High Level (GHL) as the underlying platform. You are responsible for maintaining a valid GHL subscription.

SECTION 3

How to Purchase

  • Visit the APLeads website and select your tier
  • Complete the purchase with accurate information
  • Payment is processed via Stripe (card) or bank transfer
  • You will receive confirmation and access instructions via email
SECTION 4

Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Setup Fees: Due before work commences. No work begins until payment clears.
  • Monthly Fees (DFY Managed): Due on the 1st of each month; invoiced 7 days prior.
  • Payment Methods: Stripe, bank transfer (Revolut), or other methods listed at checkout.

4.2 Refund Policy

Setup fees are refundable only if no work has commenced. Once work has begun (video upload, account access, setup session, system build), the setup fee is non-refundable. Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@apleads.co within 7 days of purchase.

Monthly fees (DFY Managed) are non-refundable for the current billing month. If you cancel mid-month, you owe the full monthly fee for that month. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at end of that month.

4.3 Late Payment

If payment is outstanding for 14 days, the service may be suspended. Interest will be charged at 8% + Bank of England base rate per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

SECTION 5

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use APLeads' system or services to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messages in violation of UK PECR regulations
  • Contact people without their prior consent (GDPR compliance is your responsibility)
  • Breach UK ICO guidelines or anti-spam laws
  • Engage in illegal activity or fraud
  • Violate Go High Level's terms of service
  • Reverse engineer, share, or redistribute APLeads' templates or system architecture
  • Use the system for any purpose other than legitimate business lead capture

You are fully responsible for ensuring your lead sources, contact methods, and data processing comply with UK law.

SECTION 6

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when purchasing and during setup
  • Maintain a valid Go High Level account (cost not included in APLeads fees)
  • Comply with all UK data protection laws (GDPR, PECR, ICO guidance)
  • Not share APLeads' proprietary templates or systems with others
  • Use the system only for your own business (not for resale or redistribution)
  • Actively follow up on captured leads and respond to system communications promptly
SECTION 7

Limitation of Liability

APLeads is not liable for loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities; failure to capture leads (determined by your traffic and lead sources); your conversion rate; your failure to respond to leads; Go High Level platform outages; third-party email or SMS provider issues; or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Maximum Liability: Your total claim against APLeads is limited to the amount you have paid in fees.

SECTION 8

Spam Compliance

You confirm that all contact data in the system comes from lawful sources, you will not use the system to send marketing messages to people who have not consented, you will include unsubscribe links in all communications, and you comply with UK PECR.

If you violate these terms, APLeads may suspend or terminate your service without refund.

SECTION 9

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your business data, contacts, conversations, pipeline information, and customer records.

Our IP: APLeads retains ownership of system design, architecture, automation templates, video content, training materials, reporting systems, and all proprietary processes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute these without permission.

SECTION 10

Your Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. APLeads will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than service delivery. Upon termination, you will receive a complete data export. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

SECTION 11

Termination and Cancellation

DIY Blueprint and Guided Install: These are one-time purchases; no ongoing contract. You own access to your account indefinitely.

DFY Managed Service: Minimum 3-month commitment. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice after that. Cancellation must be in writing to hello@apleads.co. You must pay for the current month in full, even if cancelled mid-month. Upon termination, you will receive a data export within 7 days.

For Cause Termination: APLeads may terminate your service immediately if you breach UK law, GDPR regulations, the Acceptable Use clause, engage in spam, or fail to pay for 14 days. No refund will be issued.

SECTION 12–14

Changes, Pricing, and Warranties

Changes to Terms: APLeads may update these terms at any time. For DFY Managed customers, 30 days' notice will be provided.

Changes to Pricing: DIY and Guided pricing is locked at purchase. DFY Managed monthly fees may increase with 30 days' written notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The system is provided "as is." APLeads makes no guarantees regarding system uptime, specific lead volumes, revenue, or suitability for your specific business.

SECTION 15

Third-Party Platforms

APLeads integrates with third-party services (Go High Level, Stripe, Google, Meta, Loom, LinkedIn, etc.). Changes, outages, or policy updates from these platforms may affect your service. APLeads is not responsible for third-party platform issues.

SECTION 16–17

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint: (1) Email hello@apleads.co with details. (2) We will attempt to resolve within 14 days. (3) If unresolved, the matter may proceed to English court.

SECTION 18

Consumer Rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use, not as a business), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, provided that no work has commenced. Once work has started, you lose this right and the fee is non-refundable.

By purchasing APLeads' services or using the website, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
